Rain or Shine--Version 2

This is a card I did below on July 28 and decided to do a second version of because the image is so much fun to color.  I used Copics again, Spellbinders dies, a Martha Stewart border punch and some flowers and ribbon.  Finished off the border with a few Perfect Pearls.  Enjoy!
