Strawberry Time!

My husband picked up a quart of local strawberries from the farm behind our development. It inspired me to get out this set from Flourishes and stamp some sweet goodness! I love the strawberry motif and this stamp set has everything. I used Copic markers to color it, Stampin' Up! Whisper White , Old Olive and Bella Rose paper. The image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on watercolor paper. Both the stamp and the sentiment are Flourishes. The frame is the Classic Frame from Nestabilities and I cut two of them and then cut them up to make all the sides the same edge. Just a little trick. Ribbon is SU! Hope you can get your hands on some fresh berries. I'm making my favorite vanilla butternut pound cake to enjoy these beauties on! Yum!

Your strawberry cards are great! I love strawberry shortcake more than anything else for a summer dessert! (pumpkin pie in the fall) Very creative way of using the die cuts!

Wishing you a good weekend!
