I've been spring cleaning....yuck! Normally, it's not a big deal. Just do it and get through it! However, I am in a cam walker, a sort of air cast on my leg due to a bad bone spur on the heel of my left foot. Not fun and makes the whole cleaning gig a real pain. Not much card making going on but I did want to share with you a few things I made lately that were fun. The first picture is a rosette made with the scalloped octagon Nestabilities. Credit for this goes to the fabulous Becca over at Amazing Paper Grace. You can make them any size. The other little flower is from Grunge PAPER. This is wonderful stuff my friends. You can ink it, stamp on it, curl it, crush it and it won't tear. Kind of like Tyvek! Anyway, I used the Dahlia Nestability die to cut it out, colored it with Tim Holtz distress inks and then stamped on it with regular black ink. The leaves are also a Sizzix die. Give some of these new products a try. I think you'll like them. Well, back to cleaning......
