Today on her blog, Capture the Moment, Nicole Heady created a very feminine tag card with a matching vellum envelope. Nicole is one of my Paper Divas.....she inspires me each and every day with her blog and her talent. And her stamps are yummy too. Visit her Papertrey Ink store for goodies.
