This card's background is sort of a mint green metallic card stock from DCWV. I have no clue about the DP but the stamp is from Rubber Stampede called Holiday Heart. I used watercolor pencils and my SU Blender Pens then distressed the edges with TH Vintage Photo distress ink and popped it up on dimensionals. Have a great weekend y'all!
