Geraniums!

I am posting another version of the card below only I changed a few things....color being the most obvious. Instead of hydrangeas now we have geraniums, one of my favorite summer flowers. I used 3 shades of red on the flowers and embossed the background stamp with green but I don't think you can see it in the picture. Embossing made it harder to color the leaves properly so I am not as happy with that on this card. If I made this again, I think I'd try watercolors. On the hydrangeas I used Prismacolor pencils and I like it better but it didn't have an embossed edge.

I really and truly can't believe it's March already. I am itching for it to get warm enough to work outside a little in my garden. I hope to share some pictures of that with you when things finally start blooming.
